"Atrocious experience. Did the agent, rep and office know that time is $75 for every upwardly-rounded six minutes?

And did the agency rep botch its sold and fully-paid book by binding the client to policies with underpriced premiums, then having underwriting correct them and send the client a bill for much, much more?

"There's a system error. Wait [how many _weeks?_] for it to clear up" was (here) and is (sometimes elsewhere, when running a scam) the reply when the client reports the problem to the scamming rep.

Don't wait for that clearing. The underpriced policies will lapse and someone will offer to bind you to new policies again, making fresh commission on the sale.

Last, remaining "committed to treating every customer fairly, providing accurate information, and conducting our business with honesty and professionalism" did not occur in this instance. We have done and look forward to continued business with better agencies."
