"Tina was amazing. She listened intently and was actively engaged in our discussion. She walked me through changes I was requesting related to homeowner / condo policy. She detailed how the changes would impact my premium. She helped me determine appropriate coverage levels and provided details on optional coverages so that I could make an informed decision. As it relates to auto policies, she explained discounts available as a result of using beacons in automobiles. She also reviewed drivers listed on my policy and assisted me in removing one driver who is covered on his own policy. When I asked about a claim related to a windshield replacement she confirmed that my personal financial responsibility was less than expected. I enjoyed talking with Tina. I am grateful for the care she took in reviewing and updating multiple policies in an efficient manner."

"I was having issues with my HOA. I didn’t understand the HOA policy owner insurance the agent Lisa she’s awesome. She helped me understand. She gave me a lot of advice and at the end she helped me secure my proper insurance that I need and I would’ve never got this done and never with understanding anything whether it would not for her help and I just want to say thank One more thing not one time she got upset, angry, or did not want to help me she was held for the whole time from the beginning to the end with this HOA and like I said not one time you know normally people they will get upset they don’t wanna be getting involved, but she was there and she helped me"

"I’ve never been with State Farm up until now. I was originally with USAA, but recently had a huge insurance payment that was becoming an inconvenience financially. I happened to come across someone who recommended to get a quote with State Farm. That is when i decided to take a chance and go into a State Farm office. Immediately upon walking into the office, i was attended and brought back to Lisa with State Farm. Lisa was very polite and helpful throughout my entire time there. She had answers to all my questions which I liked very much, because it showed me that she was very well informed and knowledgeable. She was able to help me get a better quote compared to what I was originally paying. Throughout my visit here at State Farm with Lisa, she ensured that I was as comfortable as possible here with them at State Farm. In the end I was able to save a lot more on insurance by switching over to State Farm. Thank you Lisa!"
